Nutrition meal planning (I am not a registered dietician, but have programs that help design quality nutritional meals)

Athlete programs (modeled after Coach Robert dos Remedios methods)  which include functional exercises and power training

Six month programs for beginners, intermediate and advanced modeled after Ian Kings concepts of holistic training
